Philip Jepsen, Senior Vice President, brings over two decades of senior management experience and success in many fields, from an entrepreneur founding his own companies to COO & CTO of a public company to managing large multi-year projects, such as the restoration of a historic 60,000 sq. ft. building, and large software and security system development projects.
Thomas Coates,
Director of Design & Planning, is acclaimed for
the design and artistry of projects ranging from waterfront
villas to high-end retail malls. He helped develop Clearwater's
Downtown Design Guidelines and sits on the local Florida
Main Street Design Coordination Committee. He is also
one of the key members of the Clearwater Downtown Development
Board.
Mark Perkins,
Director of Construction, brings 25 years of award-winning
construction projects to Triangle Development. He is
also an artist, with a BFA in sculpture.
David Wallace Sr. and David Wallace Jr., Principals, DL Wallace & Associates, Architects of Dunedin, Florida. The firm specializes in hotels and condominiums, and has been responsible for over 1,500 projects, in its 25-year history, mostly in the Southeast.
Ed Armstrong, Legal Counsel (Zoning and Land Use), long-time partner in Johnson, Pope of Clearwater, represents a number of large developers involved in sophisticated real estate development. His appointments include past Chairman of the Board, Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Robert G. Stern, Legal Counsel, Condominium and Loan Documents, partner in Trenam Kemker, Tampa. His practice areas include commercial real estate, lending and financial services, development, environmental and land use.
Jim Dickson, Legal Counsel, Construction Contracts, partner in Ruden McClosky, St. Petersburg. An accomplished author and lecturer, Jim has written and spoken extensively on construction, bond and lien law, as well as environmental law.
