Triangle Development Completes Demolition of 26 Derelict Structures On Its Island View / Harrison Village Property

CLEARWATER FLORIDA – AUGUST 19, 2005 – Triangle Development announced today that it has now demolished 26 old structures on its Island View / Harrison Village property.  The land to the west side of Osceola Avenue has been cleared of all structures. The land on the east side of Osceola has also been cleared of structures with the exception of the Salvation Army building that faces N. Fort Harrison Avenue.

The 2-acre parcel containing the Salvation Army structure is under firm contract to close on August 17, 2005, with financing already in place.

On several occasions during the course of the demolitions, Triangle made its property and derelict structures available to Clearwater Fire & Rescue so they could train their crews on drills that included controlled partial burns of some of the structures.
